Who would’ve thought the first time I undercook food would be a random Thursday in January

I did that with a whole turkey on Thanksgiving! Bird Watcher thermometer popped up about 30 minutes too early. I found out it was still raw in places when I went to cut it up. I had to put all the pieces with raw spots in a casserole dish and continue baking them. 😭
