If you could create the perfect chicken sandwich, what would it look like ??

Basically two KFC double downs, but with chicken parm as the chicken pieces, and spread out into a big hoagie roll.

Ok toast the bread. On one slice of bread, Add some thin slices of apple. Then the grilled chicken with some mustard and grilled onions.

On the other side of bread put some blueberry goat or sheep cheese and lettuce. Then put the sandwich together and eat!

I made chicken sandwiches for dinner last night. Grilled chicken breast, honey mustard, pickles, and lettuce on a pretzel bun.

Grill a large boneless chicken breast seasoned with a little salt, pepper and Worcestershire.

Slice warm and place in a wheat wrap with some bacon, mayo and Dijon mustard. Or, it works well with honey mustard and a baguette too.
