@Keeper I didn't weigh in with an opinion because I haven't tried them that way. I like oyster stew, but unfortunately, I've been avoiding milk so long that I'm now lactose intolerant. I didn't even know that was a thing.

@LordShadowfire They are quite popular where I live during the Winter months. Cook them over a fire (to steam) or raw with some lemon and horseradish/hot sauce.

Lots of oyster & beer events here.
