Woman in Buckinghamshire finds enormous mushroom

Puffball, weighing over 5kg. Feeds her whole family for a week and still has leftovers in the freezer 😌

I've eaten fried puffball before. Sliced into 1/4" strips then friend in butter in a pan.

@swirlie Mushrooms freshly picked from the field and fried in bacon fat are amazing too.

Perhaps, but I don't eat bacon or anything cooked in fat, grease or oils! Butter is the furthest over the edge I will reach!
