Lasagna Bolognese!

Lasagna Bolognese fresh out of the oven! So good! And simple.

4 layers:

Béchamel in the bottom of the baking dish
Noodles
Bolognese
Béchamel
Parmesan, etc.

Lots of cheese on the top nicely browned. Surprisingly light and easy to cut with your fork. No mozzarella needed.
