@SJones48 Yup - I was discussing with some friends how we need to adjust to new pricing since our 20s, and I said exactly that - breakfast out is now 20 bucks each....

@SJones48 The surprising thing is how popular these places are - but they close mostly due to rent increases or retiring owner....but never due to lack of demand...unless the whole region is economically challenged...
