Chinese. Even though I’m more partial to Japanese culture in general, I don’t know much about Japanese food. 😅

@SW-User I do know and love sushi. I even know the right way to eat it, and it’s not with chopsticks. 🍣🥢🚫

The reason I mention that is, you’d think I’d more about Japanese cuisine other than the sushi. 😂

@Ducky It’s a big thing in their culture, but there’s also miso soup, sashimi, Japanese ramen soup, and many more. And for dessert mochi !

@SW-User Come to think of it, I have had sashimi and mochi before. 🤔 I should become more acquainted with the cuisine, though, given how much I adore Japanese history and culture.
