@walabby Oh, you never want biscuits and gravy from a diner anywhere. Homemade is the way to introduce yourself to it.

@LordShadowfire That's the conclusion that I came to... The diner's offering was pretty terrible. I made myself eat it as punishment for not doing more research.. XD

@walabby Honestly, if you're even halfway decent of a cook, you can find a recipe online to follow and make yourself far superior biscuits and gravy. This isn't because diner cooks are necessarily bad at what they do. It's because short order cooks don't have time to be bothered with quality cooking.
