What do you DISlike about restaurants in your home town? ..

.. or anywhere! .. Apart from issues around tipping, the big restaurant annoyance for me is the amount of hard interior surfacing that boosts the noise level. Sometimes I poke my head in the door and decide 'No thanks'; Or I'll leave without ordering, after sitting for a couple of uncomfortable minutes. My favorites are the few where MW and I can still enjoy a quiet meal together.

Prices, portions are often too big and not every meal can serve as leftovers

@CrazyMusicLover Agreed about the portion sizes; but we generally order things that are good for take-home 'leftovers.' We often freeze those for later meals at home.
