Scrambled eggs with peanut butter

My ex-wife used to put peanut butter on pancakes which I thought was gross, but putting peanut butter in scrambled eggs sounds beyond gross.
Now if you really want to try something different, (and I think this is gross also, but it's honestly not too bad,) try a peanut butter and mustard sandwich. Sounds gross but has a sweet and sour taste to it that's not bad.

Never thought about that. Had it on pancakes and it is great.

Asians have been using eggs in satays forever...same diff 🙂
