It's official. Denmark is home to the absolutely whitest of white people in the entire world

.Denmark recently removed several spicy ramen noodle varieties made by the popular South Korean brand Samyang Foods from Scandinavian stores, citing spice levels that were considered too high for consumers.

In a statement earlier this week, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration urged consumers to throw away or return packets of Samyang Foods' Buldak Hot Chicken Ramen 3x Spicy, Buldak Hot Chicken Ramen 2x Spicy, and Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen Stew Type, sales of which are now prohibited. It's the first and only country to take such a move.

The Danes should be embarrassed of themselves. Scared of being poisoned by the spicey?🤣

This from a country that doesn’t serve absinthe?

What’s the matter, afraid of a bad trip?😉
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren I was so disappointed when I tried absinthe. What a nothing burger
Morvoren · F
@MethDozer you must be pre fried
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren nah, it's just myth that it is psychadelic in any way. It gets you drunk and that's it. It's legend is the really he first Reefer Madness.
Morvoren · F
@MethDozer Yeah I know…. but it gives your government a case of the hibbie gibbies
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren We legalized that here awhile ago.

I like it but it's over priced and really not that much different than Ouzo, sambuca, or jager. Just another anise sport with a slight twist.
Morvoren · F
@MethDozer Please don’t say Ouzo 🤢 Bad memories
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren We all have those sister. We'll have Ouzo story we wish we hadn't.
Morvoren · F
@MethDozer I can still remember having a bit of a cry in our crappy hotel room shower trying to pick aniseed sick out of my hair.
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren that's the thing. Losing your insides after a night of drinking is awful enough but Ouzo is like straight battery acid coming back up. It burns like hell and the stench of anise and bile.

Liquers in general have horrible hangovers and sickness in my experience. It's all the sugar I think.

@MethDozer I’m okay with rum and gin. Whiskey makes me confrontational, which is weird. I used to drink vodka like it was tap water but now it makes me immediately ill.
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren Gin gives me the worst dry heaves. I just don't like. Whiskey is my go to, I pace it better. I'd never drink again if only gin was available.

Vodka is okay mixed with fruit juice when it's hot or jn a bloody Mary. But it gets dangerous because you forget you're drinking alcohol after a few.
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren the only time I drink gin is at formal events where keeping appearances and propriety is in order. I know it will take me at least a half hour to choke it down and I will not want another one.
Morvoren · F
@MethDozer You need some dark spiced rum in your life, with coke and lime. It’s very easy going for the first 4-6 drinks. But buy the expensive stuff. The cheap shit like captain Morgan’s just tastes of chemicals. You may as well be drinking petrol regardless of what you mix it with.
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren Once in awhile. Not a big fan of spiced rum or soda based drinks any more.

I go for the two extremes. Either liquor forward cocktails or fruity punch like "girl drinks".

Mahattans and Rob Roy's on day and Malibu and pineapple or Mai Tai the next
Morvoren · F
@MethDozer Fair enough. I generally start on lager or cider, then move to rum when that bloats me.

Either way I’m going to get beer munchies and need a pizza or kebab for the walk home.
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren Same really. I like beer but the bloat is uncomfortable as heck.

I get insatiably hungry after a buzz. The pot munchies is the trope but alcohol gets me famished way harder than a joint ever has.
Morvoren · F
@MethDozer Yeah same here. I think it’s our guts crying out for something to soak up the acidic nonsense I’ve been drinking for the last 4 hours.
MethDozer · M
@Morvoren could be. It blocks leptin which is the hormone that controls hunger.

Also everything just taste 100x more amazing after some booze. Foods I don't even like or actually can't stand will sometimes taste good as long as alcohol is in the system.
Morvoren · F
@MethDozer Yeah true.
