I'm planning on doing a bakery at our annual fair up north in early September. Cinnamon rolls, vanilla conchas, chocolate croissants, applw hand pies, white chocolate and raspberry scones, and cookies. I did one at the church for a valentines bake sale once with a focus on chocolate that brought in a lot of money. I also did sour dough bread and big coconut cakes. Last year i made a tanzanian orange and potato based cake.
While in the philippines last February I made French bread, apple pie, banana cream pie, and starcapple cake.
