@Longpatrol i tried kent rolins recipes but they’re too flaky. I think the sourdough one is way off. Found another one that uses egg yolks. It's better. Going to cut back on the fat. If I coat the outside with cream they don't crack. After frying I'm brushing on a powdered sugar glaze.
