What's something that instantly ruins a burger for you?

For me it's relish or raw onions.

@Jenny1234 mustard is downright despicable 😝 I can however handle honey mustard, though not on a burger.
Mustard is just too tangy and not in a good way.
I like pickles, I like lemons, but don't like the tang of mustard
