Who is having Sunday roast today?

I got a lovely reduced Aberdeen Angus rib of beef roast. I'm going to have it with crispy potatoes, peas, parsnips, butternut squash, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. I'll roast the meat with garlic, sage and thyme.

My mom would put that in a crock pot with some onion soup, onions, potatoes, and carrots.

@SW-User its a very expensive cut of meat. You generally only put cheaper cuts of meat in a crockpot.
