What's everybody eating?

Mine's a "Full Something" - not English because of the scalloped sweet potatoes, and not Breakfast because it's just gone 8pm. Still, it was delicious! 🤗

Ratatouille and brown rice. And a slice of courgette cake that I found in the freezer. I can't remember making it or ever having tasted it before, but it looks pretty and was good 🙂

@ArtieKat For northerners like you, rats are a luxury. That's why you breed them. (Or is it " ...like them"?)
