Do you drink plain water?
I'm often surprised/shocked when people say they don't like drinking plain water because it's tasteless.

All the time. Since the body is about 60% water there is a great need to stay hydrated. I love a cool glass of water, especially Evian, or unflavored sparkling water as well.
