How many meals do you eat a day?

Me: 3 meals but I feel I need at least 6 lol

Usually 2 - Brekky/lunch and lunch/dinner but because I do shiftwork at all sorts of wierd hours (ie. today I start work at 4pm in 4 hrs time) my meals are all over the shop.
