Tgere are some things we've stopped buying. Like cereal. We only buy it when it's on sale.

@Spoiledbrat I don’t think I’ll ever eat cereal again I watched something recently that said there’s a lot of nanoplastics in cereal
@Hanginginthere what you might be interested to know is that many takeaway foods aremade with seed oils, canola etc....or worse, crisco.

Thing is, thse oils transform from polyunsaturated fats to trans fat at high temperatures, and repeated heating.

Your body uses fat to repair and make cells: everything from your blood and veins, to your kdneys, skin, brain etc.

Trans fats are weak chain fatty acids, they are basically crap for a building material for the body.
In fact, given both trans and good fats, the body will prefer to try to expell trans fats they are so bad.
But if its all it gets, it uses them .

And this is partly why people are having early onset heart disease, heart attacks, immune disorders, and congested arteries and such - bad building materials create weak cellular structure in the body 🤷
