@snofan Maybe not food but restaurants. Big cities in the U.S. have most every conceivable food from other countries readily available. That doesn't happen everywhere. There are some things that would be considered "American," like burgers, hot dogs, BBQ, buffalo wings and jambalaya but, given migration, a lot of popular dishes are takes off of what arrived from other countries.
