I’ve eaten at one twice and the chicken was fresh, hot and quite tasty. The lines at the one I pass by most often are insane though, and it’s not inexpensive to eat there.

I'd say it depends on the particular location. There is one near me where the food is just meh. On the other hand, there is a location near my job where it's well worth the money. Chains have inconsistent quality like that.

15 min wait? hmm sounds like that store wasn't staffed well, everytime I've gone to chick fil a I haven't waited more then 2 minutes in line, I've never had the sandwiches I like their nuggets, fries and Mac and cheese
