What exactly is Malbec wine?
I know that the Malbec variety is wine is usually produced at a high elevation in terms of the grape growing.But,besides that,exactly how is it different from other wines?

It is generally a lot softer than many reds. Unlike cabernet sauvignon, which needs cellaring to soften the tannins, malbec can be drunk relatively young. Having said that, tonight I had half a bottle of a 2015 reserve malbec that is drinking very well.
