I went on an 800-calorie per day diet when I was in my early 20’s. I’d eat mostly lower-calorie foods, green beans, cabbage, an apple etc. I lost weight but got low on potassium since it was summer and had no a/c to cool down with, probably not getting enough salt and sweated too much. I lost weight but had to go off of it after two months.
