The bloating during red flag is the worst one for me .. it's like i'm pumped full of water inside, like harry potter did a spell or something. After eating doesnt have that effect on me though. Sorry it does on you.

Yes that "feeling liek you cant breath from eating to much" i get panic attacky from that feeling so i pace myself now when i eat.. Im sorry hun.. Hope you feel better soon..
