I wonder what locust beans are? I've seen that before on the ingredients label also.

@cherokeepatti that makes sense and I never thought about it like that. We have locust trees here in Indiana too. They're well known for those long stiff pointy thorns that fall off and poke holes in the tractor tires.

@IndianaJoes They can be eaten raw, cooked or made into a flour and used in various recipes.
@cherokeepatti well I might need to look into this but I was wondering why I haven't seen it in the ingredients in a while. Now I know. The FDA has likely deemed it as too healthy and will affect the health of the profit of our government's big pharma. So they'll just replace locust beans with just locusts and be moths.
