Do You Ever Go To Sam’s Club Or Costco To Get A Rotisserie Chicken? Can’t Beat $5 For A Cooked Chicken…

Can’t make one at home for that. I do it pretty often.

The local stores here sell them. One in particular uses less salt than most, and that's where I go when I buy one of these.

@DrWatson the ones at Sam’s don’t seem overly salty. I don’t worry about salt. Every time I get bloodwork done my sodium level is lower than it should be and that’s even when I take a pinch of salt with water before going there to have it done.

@cherokeepatti Good to know!

@DrWatson I have read that not having enough salt can actually make your blood pressure go up. You have to have the proper balance of electrolytes. My sister was a nurse and decided to do healthy things, started walking, stopped smoking, laid back on the salt. Her blood pressure went up as a result

@cherokeepatti I am not absolutely salt free. But i consume salt in moderation.

@DrWatson I guess I do too. I don’t eat fast food or overly processed foods that also contain MSG, which is another form of sodium..probably as much as they salt they use in the foods. That stuff makes me have heart palpitations so I read labels and avoid all of it.
