How much water do you drink in a day
I been trying to drink water more, it's been a big struggle for me but I've been doing it

I drink 6-8 10 ounce cups on average. Mix in a bottle of Vita Water or diet coke. And maybe a cup or 2 of Gatorade zero.

@OldGrandDad zero has lots of salt so it doesn’t actually hydrate you
