I don't know, for the simple reason that it is not quantifiable.
All the popular discussion about water implies quantities of plain water, or least beverages like fruit squash, colas and milk, that are all mostly water.
It tends to ignore that we also take in quite a lot of water in beverages like tea and coffee (though those are a bit diuretic), milk on cereals and in "solid" foods.
