@4meAndyou Yes it is. It is very hard to skip all bread products. I mean you have pancakes, waffles, French toast, burger buns, sub rolls, slices of bread, biscuits, rolls, croissants, pizza dough. The list just goes on.
@Musicman I am on a "no white food" diet...so I can eat limited amounts of whole wheat bread or rye or pumpernickel, and that includes whole wheat English muffins, and whole wheat pita pockets.
@Musicman It's working okay so far. Surprisingly, I am not allowed to eat cheese on this diet, but can drink milk and can eat egg whites, but no butter. I can have olive oil and so on.
