There is never any food that I eat every single day. My diet is extremely varied, and I get bored quickly.
@4meAndyou Same. Even when I have delicious leftovers I don't want to eat it 2 days in a row

@GoToTheCompound I hear you. However, I do make big casseroles and big pots of soup at times, and then I am forced to eat them for a week. By the end of the week, I never want to make that casserole again...🤣🤣🤣
@4meAndyou Hahah yes I know that feeling too.. now that you mention it, the only time I ever eat something 2 days in a row is when there's a lot of it left over and if I don't finish it, the dish will just become more undesirable with each passing day because the freshness will deteriorate

@GoToTheCompound If only I could LEARN that lesson...🤣🤣🤣
@4meAndyou Sometimes making small batches just isn't an option

@GoToTheCompound True. Lasagna, for example. That's probably why I don't make it anymore.
@4meAndyou Oh yeah that would be impossible to finish quickly. I watch the Sopranos a lot and it seems like they freeze their heavy pasta dish leftovers. I've personally never done it but maybe give it a try next time so you can wait a week or 2 to eat the rest

@GoToTheCompound I am also cutting down on carbs, so...Lasagna is probably out forever...🤣🤣🤣 But I do make large egg casseroles with cheese, bell peppers and onions and mushrooms, and by the time I am done with the casserole I am gagging...🤣🤣🤣
@4meAndyou Oh yeah you can overdose on the casseroles lol and I'm not sure you can freeze egg stuff. My fam makes a vegetarian lasagna that uses mushrooms instead of pasta, it's pretty good if you wanna cut the carbs

@GoToTheCompound I'd have to find lasagna noodles made out of lentils or some such thing. I've made "lentil spaghetti" and it is not the same...at all. NOT delicious.
@4meAndyou Yeah I've tried chickpea pasta and things like that, it's definitely not as good in taste or texture.

@GoToTheCompound ALMOST as yummy as using spaghetti squash instead of spaghetti...🤣🤣🤣
