What does it mean when you've eaten but are still hungry?

I've been feeling this way for about 2 days.
Can't recall what I ate yesterday, but today I had

6am Pumpkin/oatmeal pancake that I made.
6.30am ,hungry again so ate a small bowl of oatmeal with a spoon full of peanut butter.

8am-10am I snacked on dry Cheerios and green grapes.

11.30am quinoa, black bean, sweet potato, beef bowl

Afterwards I had more of the dry Cheerios.
I had a oatmeal peanut snack thingy, which has 17 grams of whole grain.

Had a side salad at 3pm.

It's 4 pm and I'm hungry.

It's like each time I eat, I'm feeling full, but minutes later I'm hungry again.

I've drank nearly 2 liters of water 🥴🤷‍♀️😩

Carbs don’t sate hunger well. Eat protein or cheese if you don’t have protein. Also eat high fibre fruits and vegetables. If you eat carbs eat whole grains which are higher in fibre . Butter on bread is more filling. Avocados are high in fat and also very filling.
Also, adding nuts, chickpeas, yogurt etc would be beneficial
