Outback Steakhouse copycat recipe. I've made it tons of times and have perfected it, but I've never made it for him before.

It's basically a salmon filet, topped with sauteed shrimp, mushrooms, green onions, and the Toowoomba sauce. I serve it with rice and steamed seasoned veggies. It's my absolute favorite.
