I love it.

But the boom in "shopping mall Chinese restaurants" and all-you-can-eat buffets has produced a lot of mediocre versions of this cuisine.

@DrWatson It started with Americanized Chinese food , but now it's really gone one more step into mediocrity. I like going to China town for Chinese.
