I am a slow chopper, so it took me forever to get the soup ingredients prepped. The salad was bagged from store so that's kind of a cheat. Lemon slices are sugared. The soup is carrot soup. A first shot at it, at least. Felt like it needed more seasoning, so maybe experiments for the future.
