Are portable wine containers used?

Many years ago I remember an episode of the T.V show Shark Tank that featured a way that wine could be stored in a disposable plastic container;the idea was that it could be used primarily in sports stadiums and public events.Has that happened yet?Is it used in such places?

You mean a modern wineskin? Because yeah, they work, but generally you don't brag, "Hold up, gotta bring my bag of wine with me." In events, you either get a plastic cup, or they tell you to get out.

@Magnolia21 Not really a wineskin,but a disposable plastic bottle or goblet,the same way that you'd have for a soda,tea,juice,etc.
