If a food or drink is "going bad," but hasn't "gone bad," is it still safe to eat or drink?

Depends, if it's so bad it's rioting I wouldn't touch it but a bit of mould is easily cut of cheese for example.

@calicuz if you’re not worried you’ll be getting drunk off your oj, then it’s still fine to drink. And if you are, that might be better
