Have you ever tried a chick pea like salad? I’ve only tried this mix. I love it, been making it years now 🥰 My OCD kicks in though trying to get rid of the chick pea skins 🤣

My fav salad is the chopped salad I used to get at a restaurant called Cucina Cucina. It had salami, olives, tomatoes, chick peas, mozzarella, scallions, chicken, romaine lettuce, with a creamy Italian vinegarette
