What’s you fav kinda salad?

Have you ever tried a chick pea like salad? I’ve only tried this mix. I love it, been making it years now 🥰 My OCD kicks in though trying to get rid of the chick pea skins 🤣

Haven’t made chickpea salad, I’ve made bean salads using red kidney beans or black beans though.

@cherokeepatti That sounds good! I love red kidney beans in a pasta salad I make. Have you ever had them in pasta salads?

@MellyMel22 yes I have. I can’t have gluten noodles now so don’t make it. Most of the gluten-free noodles leave a lot to be desired, they don’t always hold their shape by the time they get cooked.

@cherokeepatti I’m sorry you can’t have gluten. My Dr wanted to do an endoscopy to see if that’s my problem. I don’t eat meat, chicken or fish- so it’s be really hard to give up pasta/breads. I’m very fussy too.
