What’s you fav kinda salad?

Haven’t made chickpea salad, I’ve made bean salads using red kidney beans or black beans though.

@MellyMel22 yes I have. I can’t have gluten noodles now so don’t make it. Most of the gluten-free noodles leave a lot to be desired, they don’t always hold their shape by the time they get cooked.

@cherokeepatti [i][c=BF0080]I’m sorry you can’t have gluten. My Dr wanted to do an endoscopy to see if that’s my problem. I don’t eat meat, chicken or fish- so it’s be really hard to give up pasta/breads. I’m very fussy too. [/c][/i]
