Have you ever tried a chick pea like salad? I’ve only tried this mix. I love it, been making it years now 🥰 My OCD kicks in though trying to get rid of the chick pea skins 🤣

I still like chef salad but lately I've been making a tuna salad with white beans parsley red onions tabasco and lemon juice. (and salt and pepper) I'm supposed to put oil on it but I leave it off. It's good on sour dough.
