What’s you fav kinda salad?

Have you ever tried a chick pea like salad? I’ve only tried this mix. I love it, been making it years now 🥰 My OCD kicks in though trying to get rid of the chick pea skins 🤣

@MellyMel22 There are other protein options like tuna etc. it supposed to be like sushi but in a bowl.
