What’s you fav kinda salad?

Have you ever tried a chick pea like salad? I’ve only tried this mix. I love it, been making it years now 🥰 My OCD kicks in though trying to get rid of the chick pea skins 🤣

This is my kind of salad:

(Lettuce, tomato, mozzarella di bufala, olive oil, salt, black pepper)

However the recipe you posted reminds me of something that here goes under the name of "Russian salad" that has chopped boiled vegs in mayo

@Elessar That def looks good, I’d add fresh basil to mine.

I haven’t heard of that! Mine aren’t cooked veggies and I use oil & vinegar with Italian seasonings, blue cheese crumbles and Gorgonzola crumbles.
