What’s you fav kinda salad?

Have you ever tried a chick pea like salad? I’ve only tried this mix. I love it, been making it years now 🥰 My OCD kicks in though trying to get rid of the chick pea skins 🤣

I love chickpea salad too, I always get the peeled ones though hahah. I also love black eyed peas for salad.
