What’s you fav kinda salad?

Have you ever tried a chick pea like salad? I’ve only tried this mix. I love it, been making it years now 🥰 My OCD kicks in though trying to get rid of the chick pea skins 🤣

I recently tried one with eggs and bacon that looks more like pink pork haha. I couldn't name the dip but it was good.

What dressing do you use for that? And what does chick pea tastes like?

I used oil, vinegar, Italian seasonings and both blue cheese crumbles and Gorgonzola. I’m not sure how to describe the taste. I guess they have a mild flavor. They’re used them for hummus if that helps 🤔 I sometimes bake them a bit loaded with Italian seasonings and put them in small cups to snack on. Two of my kids love them.

@MellyMel22 Tbh I've never eaten hummus and I am not a fan of peas, but it is curious why it's called chick peas. Thanks for sharing. :)
