What do I want to make for dinner with this ground beef?

@FurryFace I think I’m going to do this tonight actually. I had a friend rave a while back about making these ‘poor man steaks’ that are delicious and I remember being very skeptical about it haha. I’ll give it a try tonight! I’ll even use up the mushrooms for it too! (I’m trying to use up all my remaining stuff before going grocery shopping lol)
