Cheesecake 😋

It was this pretty sinful double chocolate cake with a ganache drizzle over the chocolate frosting that a colleague at work made for the faculty party before Christmas break. She gave me the recipe, and I [i]did[/i] make one. Since then, like the idiot I am, I have lost the recipe.😒
I know there are others out there----but not like this one.

We were staying in a hotel in Telluride, Co that had a great restaurant, and I am a chocolate freak. They had a 7 layer chocolate cake that was to die for. They would not tell me where they got it but I don't think they made it.

Best cake: definitely the incredible white chocolate pistachio cake my friend made for her sister’s (who is also my friend) wedding. I miss that cake. 🥺

I don't really like cake but once I tried this caramel chocolate one that was supperrr good. can't remember where I had it though

Has to be coconut hands down.
