@DavidT8899 i think eggs are disgusting and i don't like most products made with them or dairy. Ranch, mayo, sour cream, hollandaise sauce, alfredo sauce, etc... eggs scrambled, over easy, sunny side up all disgusting to me. That rules out things like potato salad or coleslaw or casaroles. Vinegar taste like metal to me for some reason but i do have exceptions. I like parmesan and cheddar. Things like cookies or cake might have eggs and dairy in them but that is fine because they are completely changed characteristics. If you look at how many foods in fancy places have a weird sauce over everything it makes me think use their sauce as a crutch to flavor their food while i make my foods flavorful without it. I have grown and developed my own herbs and spices as well as systems to make sure my food comes out with tons of flavor.

@Arorin So it other words,if you worked as a chef you'd be forced to work with foods that you can't abide and do things that you can't tolerate doing.I got it.

@DavidT8899 it would be easier for me to go the bakery cafe route but i need more experience.
