Jeez, I was gonna ask who is obsessed with Chik-fil-a then I saw all the comments...😐
They are a cut above "regular" fast food, better quality ingredients, but more importantly they seem to hire people who actually want to work and appreciate who they work for...makes a big difference when you go there to order and they are friendly and accommodating instead of being sullen and annoyed.

Yes it is. And it's because of the people they hire. And the rumours about employees having to sign an agreement about never doing certain things or be terminated is b.s.

@SmoothKnight they are consistently kind, a step above business manners…warm & welcoming in fact. I’m thinking they are getting the best and other businesses are having to settle for the rest after this. Chick-Fil-A has several restaurants here and they are always busy, long lines wrapping around the restaurants especially during peak times.

That doesn't happen by accident. No other fast food chain comes close to quality and service. You can go anywhere in the country and it will be the same as anywhere else.
There are always exceptions, but by and large that's the case.

@SmoothKnight No it doesn’t happen by accident. But thinking about it if all restaurants were this way I might be better motivated to go out for lunch once in a while. They have made customers feel valued.

@SmoothKnight I think they have their priorities straight. While the other restaurants focus on cutting corners and saving every penny they can Chick-Fil-A focuses on hiring a great team of caring people and the profits from sales will follow. They aren’t the lowest-priced fast food but it doesn’t stop customers from stopping there.

It's amazing. People want to be treated nice when they go to eat. There's lots of choices, so it's a big deal that Chick-fil-A is so successful.
