A little - when we're hungry we have much better smell and taste.
We enjoy food much more.

I make every effort to make meals nutritious and delicious irrespective of appetite.
I don't like it when my efforts are ignored or taken for granted.
I want him to enjoy it as much as I do.

I gently warn my hubby that if he snacks too much he won't have any appetite left for dinner. Then leave it at that and say no more.
