Anyone like foods that others might find weird or gross?

I like things like Braunschweiger, blood and tongue sausage, beef sweetbreads, and canned herring.

I ate tripe as a kid. Chicken giblet soup was a favorite. Spaghetti with anchovy sauce. Rabbit stew sometimes

You hit on one thing that I have no interest in trying, tripe. Rabbit is great even though I haven’t had it for awhile.@LunarOrbit
