Yesterday my bf made a bean and potato soup in the instapot, and he baked fresh cornbread. So that's what I had for breakfast- the leftovers. It hit the spot though!!

@DrWatson me too! Once a week we had "Breakfast For Dinner" night when I was a kid. Mom would make eggs, biscuits, gravy, and sausage. Or if she was feeling lazy, she'd just make pancakes and bacon.
